Duct Cleaning Check List

  • Check access to returns free from finishing
  • Attach 17000 CFM/ 190 PSI vacumn system to main hot air plenum
  • High pressure supply line 190 PSI to vents
  • Cover/Clean Return air intakes
  • Cover /Clean wipe Hot air registers
  • Remove and Return Air grilles/registers
  • Clean supply plenum
  • Clean Return air plenum
  • Run whip attachment through main plenum
  • Inspect duct system is free of debris and dust
  • Install access panels as needed
  • Seal any access panels
  • Inspect and vacumn blower compartment
  • Dust Furnace and surrounding area
  • Add deorderizing vent scent (at request)
  • Cover corners using corner bumpers
  • Place drop sheets

Dryer Vent Check List

  • Check Operation
  • Disconnect power source
  • Remove hose back of dryer attach 17000 CFM vacumn and cycle unit
  • Remove & clean Lint trap
  • Clean in and around unit
  • Remove debris through the vent system to the exterior of home
  • Apply 190 PSI compressed air to dislodge stuck on lint fibers
  • Inspect Venting
  • Remove old plastic vent & supply and install rigid metal vent (if applicable)
  • Instruct customer on any faults or repairs
  • Prepare Invoice
